Chet Garner
Co-Director
Chet Garner is best known as the creator and host of "The Daytripper" on PBS. Over 13 seasons of producing this 12-time Emmy-award-winning program, Chet has developed a deep love for storytelling in all forms and is the Co-director and Executive Producer of "Cowboy Bourbon." He earned a degree in radio-television-film from the University of Texas at Austin and law degree from Baylor Law School. He lives in Georgetown with his wife Laura and their five children.

Native Austinite and Texan, Daniel Mecey, is an accomplished filmmaker who has traveled the world capturing amazing stories through the art of film. With nearly 2 decades of experience in the industry, he seeks perfection in every shot and every cut with the ambition of becoming a true master of his craft. A 3-time Emmy award-winning director and producer, Daniel is known for his work on the nationally broadcast and 12-time Emmy-award-winning TV show, The Daytripper. Daniel is the Co-Director and Producer of "Cowboy Bourbon." He now resides in Liberty Hill, TX with his wife Jourdan, and their 3 daughters.

John Aldrich
Producer and Lead Editor
John Aldrich is a producer/editor/DP credited on several feature-length documentaries,. Among them, “The River and the Wall” (Editor/Cinematographer), “An Unreal Dream” (Co-Producer, Editor, Camera), and “Audubon” (Producer, Editor, DP). He resides in Austin, TX with his wife Soo, and two boys Mason and Miles. Favorite Garrison Brothers expression: the one Donnis is going to make tomorrow.

Jim is a Cinematographer who believes nothing captures emotion like the moving image… and that serves its ultimate purpose – storytelling. With nineteen years of experience, he brings creative & technical expertise to every project while feeding his visual storytelling passion through commercials, documentaries, narratives, broadcast television, and high-end corporate content. Jim has worked for major brands and renowned artists including GM, Verizon, LG, HP, Dell, Intuit, Samsung, Charles Schwab, ESPN, Blue October, Whiskey Myers, Aaron Watson, Edie Brickell, several regional brands, and non-profits. Jim grew up in Daytona Beach, FL (The World’s Most Famous Beach!) and now resides in Austin, Texas.

Greg Armstrong
Production Sound Mixer
Having a dual passion for both sound and film, Greg is a 2006 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Radio/TV/Film. For almost 20 years Greg has worked on countless commercial, documentary, short and feature-length productions, with works that have appeared on HBO, Netflix, Hulu, and PBS.
When Greg’s not on set with a mixer strapped to his front, you can find him on a trail with a backpack strapped to his back, in an endless search for work/life balance.
